Pretty simple soup recipe. You might like this soup too. The composition of the BJU is really good.

Ingredients:

2 servings:

  • 1 piece raw beets;

  • 400 ml of water;

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice;

  • 1 cucumber;

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar;

  • 20 g green onions;

  • 10 g dill;

  • 6 radishes;

  • 5 boiled eggs (whites only);

  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 15%;

  • salt, pepper to taste.

Cooking method:

In a food processor, chop the beets. Pour water into the multi-chef, add beets, lemon juice, sugar, close the lid, select the “Stewing” program, time 15 minutes and press “OK”. After cooking, cool the beetroot broth to room temperature for 1 hour. Cut the egg whites into strips, then chop the radish, green onion, dill. Put the chopped ingredients in a bowl, pour over the cooled beetroot broth and add sour cream.
