This gourmet dish in the culinary sense, in the preparation of which I was instructed by professional chefs, from a sporting point of view, fits perfectly into all our landmarks. A somewhat high amount of fat is present, of course, but it is fish oil, rich in Omega 3 and Omega 6 essential fatty acids for the body. Sometimes such dishes must be included in the diet.
Ingredients:
2 servings:
2 salmon steaks, 200 g each;
100 ml of orange juice;
5 g orange peel;
1.5 tablespoons of honey;
30 ml of olive oil;
200 g of asparagus or Kenyan beans;
100 g couscous;
100 ml of hot water;
salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking method:
Place the steaming grate in the multichef bowl, put the salmon steaks on it, put the Kenyan beans on top, close the lid, select the “Steamer” mode, set the time to 15 minutes and press “OK”. Pour couscous into a bowl, cover with hot water, add 30 ml of olive oil, cover with cling film and leave to cook for 5 minutes. After the end of cooking, open the lid of the multichef, add the cooked couscous to the bowl, mix and put the contents of the bowl on a plate. Drizzle with orange juice, zest and honey sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
