This recipe is by far the most delicious protein shake. Experience the taste of it too. It will change your perception of protein shakes as a strange tasteless substance.

Ingredients:

4 servings:

  • 400 ml of almond milk;

  • 100 g almonds;

  • 1.5 bananas;

  • 1 mango;

  • 100 g five scoops of whey protein;

  • spinach (large armful), how much can be taken with one hand;

  • 150 ml yoghurt, unflavored and sugar free (natural).

Cooking method:

Place all ingredients in a blender bowl. Peel and cut the mango, remove the stone. Mix everything until smooth, but I recommend not to bring the nuts to dust. In other words, 10-15 seconds of mixing at high speed is enough.
