Ingredients:
4 servings:
400 ml of almond milk;
100 g almonds;
1.5 bananas;
1 mango;
100 g five scoops of whey protein;
spinach (large armful), how much can be taken with one hand;
150 ml yoghurt, unflavored and sugar free (natural).
Cooking method:
Place all ingredients in a blender bowl. Peel and cut the mango, remove the stone. Mix everything until smooth, but I recommend not to bring the nuts to dust. In other words, 10-15 seconds of mixing at high speed is enough.
