Ingredients:
2 servings:
75 g of any pasta, penne is recommended;
1/2 finely chopped onion;
50 g chopped pork ham (choose the least fatty);
4 egg whites;
olive oil;
2 egg yolks;
2 tablespoons of milk, 1.5%;
15 g of grated parmesan;
2 teaspoons chopped parsley;
1 teaspoon chopped basil.

25g grated low-fat cheddar cheese.
Cooking method:
Drain liquid and refrigerate. Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet or wok. Add the onion, cook, stirring, over low heat for 3-4 minutes, bring the onion to a soft state. Add the ham and cook for another minute, stirring constantly. Transfer the mixture to a plate. Mix eggs with milk, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, beat with a fork. Add pasta, parmesan, herbs, onion and ham mixture to the mixture. Heat up a frying pan, brush with olive oil. Pour the resulting mixture into it, sprinkle with cheddar on top. Cook over medium heat or medium heat (electric wok) until tender. Divide into 2 servings.
