Ingredients:

2 servings:

  • 150 g fresh fruit, e.g. peaches, plums, nectarines;

  • apricots, pears, apples or any berries;

  • 60 g low-fat vanilla yogurt;

  • 250 ml 1.5% milk or soy milk (cold);

  • 1 teaspoon of honey;

  • a tablespoon of wheat germ;

  • 2 egg whites.

Cooking method:

Put fruit in a blender. Add yogurt, milk, honey, wheat germ and egg whites. Blend until smooth, then pour into two glasses.
