Ingredients:

4 servings:

  • 2 liters of chicken broth;

  • 2-3 chicken breasts (450 g);

  • 2 medium sized carrots, chopped;

  • 1 finely chopped onion;

  • 1 chopped celery stalk;

  • 125 g chopped parsley with large leaves;

  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary;

  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme;

  • 200 g pre-cooked spaghetti.

Cooking method:

In a large saucepan, bring the broth and chicken breasts to a boil. Add carrots, onions, celery, parsley, rosemary, thyme. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes. Put the cooked pasta into the pan and salt, serve immediately after boiling.
