Ingredients:

3 servings:

  • 400 g chicken breasts;

  • 200 ml of kefir, 0.5–1%;

  • 50 g oatmeal (small, but not instant);

  • paprika;

  • a mixture of dry herbs;

  • salt and spices to taste.

Cooking method:

Rinse the breasts, cut into longitudinal, not very thick pieces. Pour in kefir, add salt and spices to taste, leave to marinate in the refrigerator for an hour or more. Mix oatmeal with herbs and paprika. Roll the breast pieces in the resulting oatmeal mixture and fry on a grill heated to 230 °.
