Nutritional recommendations

During the whole diet you will need to weigh the products, so be sure to find small kitchen scales.

Weighing you will be the original product (before cooking). For your own information, always keep in mind that PFC is calculated from the weight of the original product (up to cooking).

You can be vegetarians, lactose eaters, vegans and other representatives of various food systems. Adapt the set of products and dishes to your preferences. The main thing - try to follow the recommendations for PFC and calorie.

It will also be useful to support the body with the following additions to food:

  • fiber (can be bran) - on the basis of 10 grams. of fiber for 2-3 doses per day;

  • mineral-multivitamin complex. The choice of manufacturer is yours, carefully study the composition, try to choose a quality drug;

  • OMEGA-3 (2000-2500 mg daily dosage);

  • vitamin D3, 25 mcg (1000 IU) daily dosage.

Water

Water quantity per day: 300-350 ml for every 10 kg weight.

These recommendations are very moderate. Tested in practice. If your individual water needs are higher - do not restrain yourself.

Full breakfast, light snacks. Do not allow yourself anything that will bring you only a minute of pleasure, but in the end - disappointment in its path to the goal.
